3Farm Visitation Terms

By booking a farm visit through our website or by any other means, you agree to the following conditions:

• Bookings: All visits must be pre-booked. Walk-in visits are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and farm operations at the time of arrival.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate visitor information including the number of guests, purpose of visit, and preferred date.
• Minimum Age for Unsupervised Visits: Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the farm visit.
• Safety Rules: All visitors must adhere to farm safety guidelines, instructions from farm staff, and any posted notices. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
• Animal Welfare: Visitors must not handle, feed, or interfere with farm animals without explicit permission from a farm guide. KingSmart Farm takes animal welfare seriously and reserves the right to end any visit where these rules are violated.
• No Trespassing: Visitors must stay within designated visitor areas. Entry into restricted farm zones — including the milking parlour, feed stores, and equipment areas — is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by staff.
• Photography: Casual photography for personal use is permitted. Commercial photography, filming, or drone use on farm premises requires prior written approval from KingSmart Farm management.
• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. No-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
• Liability: KingSmart Farm takes all reasonable precautions for visitor safety. However, visitors enter farm premises at their own risk. The Farm shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from failure to follow farm safety instructions.

4Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to the KingSmart Farm newsletter, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receiving periodic email communications from us, including farm updates, produce availability, seasonal events, agri-tech news, and open-day announcements.
• You confirm that the email address provided belongs to you and that you are entitled to subscribe.

6Farm Produce & Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through our website regarding farm produce (fresh milk, eggs, poultry, and other outputs) or our Smart Farm Management Software are non-binding expressions of interest. Formal supply agreements, pricing, and delivery terms are established through direct engagement with our sales team and are subject to a separate written agreement.
